Olesia Lew

Chef

With deep roots in her heritage, Olesia began her culinary journey chasing food, flavors and the makers of those foods. Her undergrad degree in anthropology gave her insight to culture, identity and the importance of creating a space that celebrated both. These concepts led her to pursue a culinary degree. Through the many years that she has cooked, she continues to bring this influence and knowledge to every dish that she creates. Olesia generously shares her expertise - whether it is in an educational setting like cooking classes, or at a table in a restaurant or through a catered event.

Olesia has done a deep dive into sourcing local and regional foods by working on a farm in the Upper Delaware Valley, to working at the Union Square Green Market, to harvesting scallops in the Nantucket Bay. She is proud to say that she has cooked for heads of state as well as heads of households, giving each the same attention and care.
