Cylinder Seal

Grayish-pink stone cylinder seal with engraved areas. Horizontal impression of the stone seal in gray clay showing a king at center, holding at bay or subduing two monsters or lions, symmetrically posed on either side of the man. The king wears billowy garments and a crown. Figures are slightly abstracted and highly stylized.
