Visiting Assistant Professor Spotlight: Yitzchak Jaffe

Yitzchak Jaffe discusses his research on uncovering foodways of Bronze Age communities, investigating "li" pots in order to understand how different communities made and consumed their food. He is organizing a conference at ISAW this year in which academics and chefs will undertake collaborative research projects focused on food in the past.
