Request for Proposal: Website Upgrade

This RFP envisions work to attain three complementary goals:

• Upgrading, stabilizing, and tuning our web framework and publication workflows to improve sustainability, facilitate future maintenance, and establish a baseline for future development
• Replacing the current theme with a “mobile-first”, reactive, and more modern/dynamic look and feel
• Identifying and implementing a range of functional upgrades
