A list of books added to the ISAW Library in July 2016 is now available online on the ISAW Library Website. The titles are sorted in the website version according to thematic topics (e.g., "East Asia" and "Ancient Near East & Asia Minor"); and within each topic, the titles are organized according to Library of Congress classification. The authors and titles of works in non-Roman languages are given in their original script. This list is also available in a Zotero library.

The 217 items added in July include a large number of works on the languages and cultures of ancient Anatolia, with an emphasis on Hittite, but also incorporating materials on Hurrian, Luwian, and Lycian. Roman London is also well represented, with a number of reports from urban excavations published by the Museum of London Archaeology, including Pre-Boudican and later activity on the site of the forum (Large Collection: DA677.1 .D86 2004), Glass working on the margins of Roman London (Large Collection: DA685.W35 W37 2015), and Roman roadside settlement and rural landscape at Brentford (Large Collection: DA685.B74 C69 2013). Also among our new acquisitions in July was a complete run (1992-present) of the journal Antike Naturwissenschaft und ihre Rezeption (AKAN) (Oak Collection: Q124.95 .A58), a cross-cultural and cross-disciplinary journal that publishes papers from an annual conference on ancient science held in Trier. AKAN also publishes a series of occasional monographs, AKAN-Einzelschriften, the entries in which will appear in our next new titles list.
