- Desktop computing and office productivity applications
- Network device registration
- Telecom change requests (voicemail, phone line changes)
- Purchase recommendations, quotes, and ordering
- Installation of operating systems, software, and updates
- Computer life-cycle management
- Data migration
- Administrative data storage
- Accounts and access management
- Semi-annual laptop health assessments
- Media support for seminars, lectures, and remote conferencing
- Short-term loaner equipment and peripherals
- Troubleshooting and virus removal
- Data recovery
- One-on-one focused learning sessions (by appointment)

Computer Lifecycle
NYU-owned laptop and desktop computers are fully supported for the first four years (hardware and software), and partially supported (software only) thereafter. Administrative computers are replaced on a regular cycle.
