Student Housing

Most ISAW students live off campus in apartments in Manhattan, Queens, or Brooklyn. The NYU Residential Life and Housing Services website provides useful information for students about how to find an off-campus apartment in New York. NYU also has several on-campus housing options available to graduate students.

On a limited basis, ISAW may be able to serve as a lease guarantor for students who are not able to meet a landlord's credit or other eligibility requirements for an apartment.

In addition, ISAW has recently initiated a housing program for new students; on a limited basis, ISAW is able to arrange reasonably priced housing for incoming first-year students in a shared apartment near Columbus Circle in Manhattan.
