Course-Related Guest Lecture or Funding Request
Faculty may request course-related funding and/or administrative support for guest lectures, scanning, and other course-related activities, using the Course-Related Guest Lecture and Funding Request Form and associated Budget Proposal Template.
Funding is limited. Please submit requests to the Associate Director for Academic Affairs. Requests that do not involve travel or accommodations should be submitted at least 30 days in advance of a guest lecture and prior to the expenditure of any funds. Requests that involve travel and/or accommodations should be submitted at least 45 days in advance of the guest lecture.
Note: A request form and budget proposal are required even if funding for a guest lecture comes from a faculty member's research account.
