Museum Mile Festival 2025

Gallery with archaeological objects in display cases

This year ISAW is participating in the Museum Mile Festival, a block party along Fifth Avenue between 82nd and 105th Street on June 10th, 6:00-9:00pm. The festival is free and all participating museums open their doors to the public for the evening. Fifth Avenue is closed down and the street transforms into a venue celebrating our NYC museums and the start of summer through art and music.

ISAW will be open late so festival goers can enjoy our current exhibition, Rethinking Etruria, which spotlights recent discoveries from Etruscan tombs and temples. Docents will be on hand to give tours as well. You can find our welcome stall on Fifth Avenue with free postcards and posters from our recent exhibitions!
